Description: she has chocolate brown hair with poopoo brown eyes to match. she's about 5'4'' at the age of 15. shes skinny, but thats mostly because she has to work in plantations (she's a rice maker
). her personallity overall is layed back, fun, couragious, and resorceful. she helps those in need and believes that goodness and kindness will come back to her if she helps those in need, but after being picked for the hunger games she doesnt believe that anymore. she has a mom (35), a dad (37) and an older brother (17)past: vikky has lived a good life (unlike the rest of y'all) her family has always had enough food on the table for the whole family. they've worked in the farm since the begining of the Hughs family. vikky is very well known in school and after being chosen for the games, everyone was worried and they all knew for sure she was gonna die because she was just a little farmer girl.
but ever since she turned 7, her dad trained both her and her brother for the games. although vikkys parents were never picked to go in the arena, they've watched enough of it to understand how the competitors think and how to survive. vikkys dad helped his children to fight for themselves and find food in the most difficult places and her mom trained vikky and her brother's minds to interpert what their enemys are thinking and how to stratigize.
